What happens if I sell my house?

Will I have a solar bill and an electricity bill if I install solar?
No, you will replace your electricity bill for the solar panel payments. So you will only pay back your solar panels and they will cover your home's electricity needs.
Does my solar panel installation has a warranty?
Yes! The minimum Warranty is 10 years and includes workmanship and production. Manufacturers also offer a 25 year warranty. No matter what, your system is protected.
Will my panels produce electricity during the winter?
Not enough to power your home. However, during the summer months you will overproduce electricity and your account will be credited by your electricity provider. You will then use these credits to cover your remaining consumption over the winter.
